Garage sale tandem -- $5!!!

I was out with my daughter on our coasters today and we stopped to visit a garage sale. I found a fantastic ladderback chair, and quickly converted my Huffy Coaster to a singlespeed tandem -- and the pilot doesn't even have to pedal! Plus, as you can see below, there's still lots of room for food in the trunk (basket).

I haven't been able to find a 'partner' yet to ride with. I did get my daughter to snap a few pics with my Canon A60.

(I really did buy this chair for $5, and brought it home, as well as a set of four water glasses, $1, in the basket. Got a lot of strange looks and not a few outright belly laughs from peds!)

Did you drop the chair before you got home?

Looks one of these photos could be your new Avatar.
Enjoy the ride.

And to think, some people think we Mac users are a little wacky....
Dead last finish is better than did not finish and infinitely better than did not start.

And I thought from the Subject line that you had found the perfect bike for you and your daughter.
