Miracle Recovery Drink

See my thread on Thursday's ride re Series of Comical Events.

Even with the 75 miles and 6000' of climbing my legs felt great the day after. They felt so good today I went back to the mountains today and did 65 more miles with another 6000' of climbing including two climbs that had grades of 19% each thrown in.

Thursday evening I stopped by the restaurant where my just turned 21 year old daughter is a waitress this summer and had her serve me up a tall dark Guiness. My legs have never felt better the day after a ride. Hummmm......... It must have been the Guiness.
