50+ Backup Forum Started - Do you want to join?
The 50+ Forum maintains a "Backup" Forum in the event the BFN goes down or whatever.
If you would also like to join this group of about 45 folks, it is a way to communicate when the BFN Forum goes down.
It is a Google "Restricted Membership" which means no one can join it unless invited.
If you would like to join, email
BFN50Gallery@aol.com
Indicating your desire, and I will have Google send you an invitation.
In the best of all worlds, we will never have to use it!

Thanks, but I spend too much time on this forum already. Having another to keep up with would dent my schedule too much. The BF down times are opportunities for me to catch up on actual WORK that I still have to do. Appreciate the offer, though...

I doubt we will ever use the backup - it certainly is not concurrent with BFN.
Some of us thought that if BFN crashed for a long period of time, or never to return, or something similar, it would be nice to have another way to keep in contact.
That's all. Nothing spectacular.
