Bad Virus in my gut.

I will spare the details of my last 5 days, just say I glad to be feeling better.

I can now ride without worring about soiling my saddle, just not not sure to layoff a few more days for complete recovery, or take a long slow ride.

Goodness, I miss being on two wheels.

Eeeeww.

I'm in the throes of a cold/sinus infection infection myself. Not fun. No riding this week. But I should be better when my new/used roadbike arrives sometime next week. Meanwhile, it's NyQuil and off to bed early for me.

Good to hear you're coming around. Sounded like a real tough one. I'd vote for a slow, not too of a long ride to get the HR up a little and speed up the recovery process.

Just keep whatever you had south of the NC border. We really don't want that stuff creeping up this way.
