Got My Trainer Today - Now What??

Picked up a Kurt's Kinetic Trainer from www.seasonaloutfitters.com. I found Laura to be a delight to do business with (via eBay). Delivery was fast with no problems!!!

So, what do I do today? Go for a follow up with the surgeon and he draws 180 ml of fluid off my chest (trying to grow another breast). It seems that the body does not like my mesh reinforcement.

Anyway, off I go to put my trainer together. I couldn't wait and got the thing unpacked and put together in less than ten minutes and had my bike hooked up and ready to go in another five. Wow, is this thing smooth and surprisingly quiet.

Do any of you have suggestions on a beginning regimen? I can't ride outside in the real world for another eight weeks.

Get a HRM and start a training regiment of tempo, cadence, and intervals
