bought a new bike today

Well, I took a new job that requires me to work near Baltimore 3 out of 4 weeks for the next 6 months or so. It's kind of hard to ride my bike back in Missouri when I'm in Maryland, so I went out and bought a bike to keep in my office out here. I broke down and got a Trek 1200. Plan is to ride each morning before work and during lunch. So far, I'm pretty happy with it.

Bikes are better than wives. Bikes don't want to talk after sex.

OMG! Digital Gee will be sooooo jealous! Congratulations. I had to spend a year in Detroit some years back, I bought a soft side case and shipped my bike there. Would have been more fun to buy a new one there though.

I keep at least one bike at work, in addition to the bikes at home.

Not to worry Gary. If you take a 54cm, you're welcome to ride it when I'm working. The commute is going to be a bear though.
