And what midguided person put a 50+er on a machine as dangerous as a stationary trainer without proper instruction and safety equipment.

If you had a video, there would be some consolation. It could be used on the mechanics forum to show how to free up a stuck seatpost.

Nothing more fun than a resurrected biker post which was posted 10-27-06, 07:16 AM by NOS88, who hasn't posted to the forum since 06-28-07, 09:27 AM, and the last post prior to the resurrection was 10-31-06, 09:23 AM

I sometimes wonder if folks go searching for essentially old threads just for the fun of the resurrection!

I don't think I was posting at that time and I enjoyed the resurrection of this one:) It certainly made me think about the dangers of riding my trainer.
