new bike for mrs geezer

I just brought the stoking wife unit's birthday present new bike home. Trek 7.5 fx wsd. A lovely bit of kit, with a few doodads too - computer and rack and lights and stuff. Wrapped up in a pale blue ribbon. She gets in from Jordan at about 2.00am tonight, and I have to be up to work at 4.00, so I won't be up when she gets in - hope she likes it. I feel like I did years ago leaving presents for the kids to find! Hope she likes it

I think you may be up very shortly after the wife gets in. If I was you- I'd have the lights down low and the soft music playing- It may turn out to be your birthday.

I'm afraid it was a sad and battered wife who arrived last night. No biking for a little while. I'll share the event in a new thread - thanks for your message
