I just watched a 30 minute TV program, in high definition, on Costa Rica. Very, very beautiful. With a surprisingly diverse climate for a small country. I already knew some of those things, for I assisted a friend a couple years ago in checking out CR for a possible retirement location.

The way My butt feels this morning- I think my saddle has been using me- Only did 30 miles but it was on road or trails- soaking wet shorts and liner and it was on the MTB
