Finally!!!!!
It looks to be a perfect weekend for riding around here.
I'm heading to Boone, NC (home of the back to back National Champs in Div 1-A football-also the area where Lance fell back in love with the bike) as my daughter is being recognized by the University Chancellor for academic excellence at a special reception. If he would only hand me a check instead.........
My bike is going with me and I'm staying overnight.
Tomorrow calls for mid 60's with little to no wind. Sunday will be low 70's. Just a terrific forecast for riding in an absolutely wonderful area to get in some incredible roads with views. I'm stoked. Bring on the hills!!
I sure hope many of you will have similar conditions. We've all been due.

I hear what you're saying about the check. Scholarships and grants are much appreciated .
Enjoy the weekend. Looks to be good across the south this W/E.

Not certain the bike will be on your daughters mind but can't give up the chance of a decent ride on new ground. And if your weather is a s good as ours is looking- you will have a blast.

Sounds great, jppe. Have fun! I'll be racing in the Dallas Area Senior Games. I have no idea what to expect.
