I love this time of year!

Low 70's, sunny, light breeze. A quick 20 miles. The only dog I saw couldn't keep up with me. Life doesn't get any better than this.

If it doesn't get any better, then tell us about the delicious pie you had after your ride.

20 miles should have had a cafe in the middle so waiting till you got home would not have been good.

I have a Rotary meeting this evening. Our cook always makes a fabulous dessert. I am saving myself for that.

I was pulling up my riding log on MotionBased to check out a course that I wanted to repeat from three months ago. Average temp: 39F. Today was sooooo much better!

Our normal cook was away. It was just ice cream and cookies.

But, her granddaughter was cooking for us.

Roast beef with gravy, perfect mashed potatoes, properly cooked peas (not mushy), cole slaw, and rolls.

Double helping time!

The best thing about riding in warmer weather is it takes less time to dress for it Just a jersey and shorts.
