So in another thread a local 50+ guy said I could post here legitimately now.

Whoa, I guess your back is still pretty flexible. Those bars are low! Is it carbon? I didn't know Serotta had carbon fiber frames. Nice.

Happy B day. The Zipp wheels... they are carbon? How's the braking on them? I've only ridden carbon wheels once and the braking left we a little worried that I'd be able to stop in time. How is it with these wheels?

Beautiful bike. My only concern is the yellow stripe just above the seatpost clamp - shouldn't that be red???

Thanks for the warm welcome and the compliments on the bike.
My back is less flexible than it when I was younger, but I guess it's still flxible enough. 
The Attack is Serotta's "low-end" custom carbon frame.
And what is a normal Tom Bombadil bike?
The 1975 Bianchi is an art piece in our stairway to the 2nd floor. I restored it in 1985 and I've ridden it maybe 20 miles since and haven't ridden it at all in the last 10 years.
Braking is a little different though IMHO it's mostly feel. You have to make sure that you use appropriate pads with the wheels to get decent braking.
It should be. I ran out of red tape. Will be buying some this week to replace the yellow.

Very nice looking racer, Cleave. Red makes it look like the bike is supposed to go fast. What is the setup of your cassette and chainrings?

My comment about it being an anti-Tom Bombadil bike was based in part upon the cogs. His are very large in the front and very small in the back. I like having one front ring that is smaller than at least one rear cog.

Cleave came to one of our rides when we climbed Hwy 39 from Duarte to Angeles Crest, gaining about 5000 feet in less than 30 miles. He wasn't the fastest climber there, but I only know this from hearsay, he dropped me at the first part of the climb and took off. He doesn't use extra low gears, like I do. He was on his red Look that day.
