There was a study of the Amish in Canada. These men and women worked 6 days a week. No tractors, no washing machines. They have very low incidence of heart disease and cancer even though they cook their meals with red meat, and dairy products. Do they ride bikes or jog? Who has time for that at the Amish farm?

Addiction, I'm not addicted. There are only 10 bikes in the garage I ride. If I were addicted I'd run out and buy a full suspension mtb. Maybe I'll get addicted in the Spring.
