Sometimes I see a post - "I saw a wild trigolasauraus yesterday. We have a lot of them around HERE!
But, I have no clue where HERE is!
If you go to your
"User Control Panel"
"Edit Profile"
and near the bottom is a place for "Location"
Now, you don't need to put your home address in, but a state or region would be GREAT!
That location will show just below your Avatar.
Thanks.

Well, I was born and raised in the San Diego area, and went to the then brand new Disneyland in nearby Anaheim shortly after its opening, and, yes, I do know where Tustin is. I also have relatives who went to college in Whittier (they are Quakers) and some who lived in Alhambra.
I also worked for the US Forest Service in the Cleveland National Forest, which had at that time, one of its regional district offices in nearby Santa Ana.

Then you are one of 3 people who know where it is. I usually tell folks I live near Disneyland but now that it's the evil empire (at least in my mind) I'll tell them I live near Newport Beach since it's now a TV show and at least teens will have an idea.

I think one of my sisters lives in Tustin. Maybe it's Irvine.

Hey 'Fox. Dude! I'm "WANTED" in the state of Wyoming. . .something about killing Angus calves. Man, I swear all I ate there was mice and crickets. Take a look at their Varmit Hunting Regs brochure, that's MY portrait! I'll share that I'm staying in West [Occupied] Virginia with my cousin Mendel.

When I mention that my two oldest bicycles were made in Vienna, my several coworkers from the Washington D.C. area typically react, "I didn't know there were any frame makers in Virginia."

It's true, If you drive east of San Diego as far as Jacumba, you can literally see the edge of the earth and watch it drop down into hell. There is a tower at the edge where you may peer down into the abyss.

Ken, You have me confused as well. I know where Ontario, CA is. I've flown out of the Ontario, California airport a number of times. It's right next to Rancho Cucamonga. And I know most of the other cities around there, Claremont, Pomona, Chino, Kaiser, Fontana. But I've never heard of Toronto. Is it one of the new gated communities???

Funnily enough- I was beginning to think the same. There are so many new names posting at present that I was beginning to think we are attracting the younger set. I am certain that a few are younger- just trying to draw on our experience- but it does help if new members "Announce" themselves aswell with a brief posting of what bike they ride- how fit they think they are and what is their Favourite pie.

I listed my location for a good stretch before I changed it to "A typical city..."
I live coastside on the San Francisco Bay Area peninsula.
