Don't eat to much

I read in the paper (don't know how accurate it is), but it said that the average person consumes over 4500 calories on Thanksgiving. That's enough calories to keep you alive for two days. Just remember, it's a lot harder to get it off then put it in your mouth.
Me.....I'm going for a long bike ride instead.

I'm going to wholeheartedly enjoy the feast my mother is preparing right now without a thought of holding back. Tomorrow I'll be looking for hills to climb.

I finished a full plate of food, then went and filled it again. I almost never do that any more. Oh well, I've been asked by doctors at least 20 times in the last week if I've lost weight lately. After today, I should be able to answer that with a resounding NO.
