3 Weeks Off ?

Work, out of town, and just getting over a sinus infection. Which started 2 weeks ago when I was out of town preaching and I aint been on my bike in 3 weeks. I am feeling better still on my meds but I think I am ready to ride. Think I'll let it warm up some saterday, start out slow just go ride a easy ride and take my time not try to set a new time record just ride. MAN! That sounds good.

I belong to First Baptist of Powell Tn, I pastor 5 mission churchs in trailer parks. We go into a park and rent a trailer and start a church. It was my Pastors idea he is verry missions minded. I saw your web site yesterday and was going to email you just had not done it yet. I love what you do. My own ministry started with a group called Christian Bowhunters of America. I beleave we must go where they are as our Lord said. God bless you I will be praying for you.

Back riding after 3 weeks rest and taking it steady will not be a problem- The residue of the infection might though so take it steadier and stop for a coffee somewhere.

While not sick, work has gotten in the way and went out for my first ride in 3 weeks. Had planned on doing 25-30 miles but decided to cut it short at around 15. Loops in the park made that do able. After 3 weeks off the gluts were burning, and with it being late Nov the toes and legs were feeling the cold though I was overdressed from the waist up. Indeed take it easy and stay hydrated.

Pastor Bob (pastorbobnlnh) is still regularly posting in the Classics & Vintage forum, but has not shown his avatar in 50+ for a while.
