Ah ha. That's what was wrong.

I've often stated here how much I hated the trainer.

I found finally figured out that I have been doing it wrong. I've been riding to high tempo, get your cadence up music.

Tonight I called up "The book of Secrets" album by Loreena McKennitt. Much, much better.

Just kidding. You should really give this album a try though. You won't hate anything for a short while.

I Loreena. I've used her music in my Spinning classes. Not everyone gets it, but at least they've been exposed to her.

When i was going through some tough times a few years back I found Loreena McKennitt was one of the only artists I could listen to. I went to sleep many nights to her music. I still love her, even though life is all better now.
My wife and I saw her not long ago. It was a great show.

I just started a Loreena McKennitt "station" on Pandora.com to give her a try.

Don't know the singer- But if she has the right cadence at around 90 to 95 and with a strong bass in the background-she might be worth listening to.

Always looking for new music to listen to.
Downloading "Book of Secrets" right now.
I'll let you know what I think.
