Fred here!
This winter I purchased a CF Fuji and of course I added CF bottle cages. Now the problem, being
a Fred, I have the need to find the perfect bottles to match my Cf Bling. I have the usual collection of bottles from insulated to give aways. None of them seem to match my ride! What's a Fred too do? Does anyone here know of any unusual bottles that might match?

I think the OP is an OCP, not a Fred.

Do they make CF waterbottles for OCPs?

This ought to work. Obviously you would need a better brand of beer or maybe Propel. I don't know if the helmet is Snell or CPSC approved.

My new Fuji has a silver aluminum center triangle, with black CF fork, seat stays, and seat post.

Now I need to decide if I'm going to put on a silver aluminum or a black plastic bottle cage. I already own both, picked up for $1 each from a sidewalk sale last summer. I'm leaning toward the black plastic.

Aluminium bottles make a lot of noise banging around in the cage.

Grocery store bottled water bottles fit reasonably well in cages. (reusable if you don't tell)

Specialized made 21oz bottles can be bought many places for $1.99 or less with various logo's on them.

An OCP rider is only concerned with his appearance.
A Fred is oblivious/competely unconcerned with his appearance.

Well, slap my ass and call me Fred!

I try to uphold the status of "cyclist" but yesterday was an example of form over fashion. I wore my Dockers and pointy-toed cowboy boots on the ride to work...but, I had my black wool/rednylon cycling jacket and yellow construction gloves to truly make a fashion statement!

Good times! Good times!

What you do is Follow the TDF and hopefully pick up a riders discarded bottle. Then it doesn't matter what it looks like as it came from a "Good" Source

Would it not be fair to say that a true Fred would be so Fred'ish that they would not even recognize that there are forums such as this to sign onto and ask such piercingly poignant questions?

Ergo I am in agreement that the OP is merely a psuedo Fred and not worthy of Fred'dom.

So to the OP, you may as well give up the Quest for Fred'dom and just admit that you're a dyed in the wool enthusiast and shop for that boutique carbon water bottle to go with the carbon bike, carbon clothes and carbon gloves.....

Clear plastic bottles, but make sure the color of the sports drink matches the frame color.

Actually, I believe that enthusiasts of dyed wool cycling clothing are a testament to Fredishness.
