Great spring ride today

My wife and I took a mid afternoon ride with our daughter and her steady boy friend (fine young man) that got a new/old Trek C&V road bike (very sweet 531 frame and Shimano 600 grouppo.) Temps were in the mid to low 70's with no wind. No problems from the 13 surgeries nor the recently diagnosed spinal stenosis and 3 bulged disk, matter of fact I feel better now. Going to get with the daughter's BF regularly for some training rides. Kabobs on the grill afterwards. Man it was super.
