OT - Rear Ended - Bike Rack and Damage - When will it ever end?

Well, I received a letter from the insurance company of the guy that rear ended me. I also picked up a preliminary report from the California Highway Patrol and the witness is listed as the Highway Patrolman who saw the accident.

I'm incensed at the tenor of the letter that I received though I am sure it is a "Form Letter". It states that they may not pay for the damage as a result of the "alleged" accident. Following is the trauma that I am currently suffering:
  • Post Traumatic Erectile Dysfunction
  • Restless Leg Syndrome
  • The "I've Gotta Go Feeling"
  • Subjected to an Excessive Number of Digital Examinations
  • My trucks Busted Up
  • My Yakima 4 Bike Rack is Totaled

Oh, I forgot to mention that I am not covered for Cialas or Viagra or any other little blue pill. I was hoping that DG would lend me his cat for a Cat Scan.

Uh, what exactly got rear ended...you or your truck?

From past experience be prepared for a battle from the
insurance company. They seem to make a sport of it.
Best of luck.
