So that this thread does not get moved to Foo, I will state that I do ride a bicycle! Last Sunday about 49 miles.
I checked my messages and noticed that I have six stored, with room for 9,994 more. WOW!!!!!!

My Daddy told me my name was Mud. I'm upgrading my touring bike to new wheels.

That must have been a very popular name as my mother often told me my name was Mud

Now for the bike part of the post - I'll be doing a "Ride with the Ranger" this weekend through some of the Wright Brothers historical locations in our area. They did more than fly planes

I grew up in Southern Maryland and knew one of the Mudds, and as of 1966 they were still incensed about the injustice that had been brought upon the family name.

Even though I read one theory that Dr. Mudd really was guilty and was lucky he didn't swing.

Wasn't Dr. Mudd the guy who took care of John Wilkes Boothe after he offed Abe Lincoln at the theatre?

In the Fifties, when we cowered in fear of mushroom clouds, all my brother and I had to play with was mud.
