Fifty Plus Sighting

I was riding on the Perkiomen Trail right where it joins the Schuylkill River Trail today at around 3:00 and saw someone wearing a 50+ jersey. I was laboring to get up an incline toward the bridge and he was coming down, so I didn't have time to shout out a hello.

Who are you? You might remember seeing my girlfriend...she was walking her cruiser up

I was out with my 50+ jersey Friday; but I got on Schuylkill River Trail at Pottstown around 2pm and rode west. Left the trail at Squirrel Hollow Road and rode Rt. 724 further west. Trail is ruined with horse tracks.

I'll be wearing mine for the first time on the Tour de Carroll today. I've just recently lost enough weight that it doesn't make me look quite as much like a big old sausage

Yep, that was me. Your girlfriend was behind you by about 20 yards with a billed hat under her helmet? Great day to be out riding. I was trying to figure out why my seatpost keeps slipping; hence the leisure ride along the trail.

Very cool - I'll try to holler if I see you again.

We spend a lot of time on the SRT/Perk. Leisure riding is all she'll do on that cruiser.
