New shoes and pedals
Last week I wrote about my feet hurting after I rode my age, well I went and got new shoes and pedals.
I had Shimano MTB shoes and Crank Brothers Candy's. I now have Look KEO Sprint pedals and Bontager RL shoes.
The shoes are a little more roomy in the toe area and feel very nice. They have a carbon sole so are stiffer as well. Should help a lot , I hope anyway!
I will report back after I ride some with them.
When I was there, LBS, getting fitted for a few tweeks on the bike another guy came in with a Ti bike to get fitted for something. Very cool looking bike too. It was Litespeed with Zipp 404 wheels and Dura Ace.
I like looking around at all the cool stuff in a LBS!!!
That's all....later

I've tried on the new Bontrager shoes and, thought they felt really good. The extra room up front was perfect. I plan on getting a pair this summer. Maybe sooner.
