50+ Jersey's

I keep seeing mention of a 50+ jersey. I even ran across a few pictures of one somewhere on this forum.

Are they still available? If so, what do you have to do to get one?

Yes, I assume the answer is to "buy one" but where?

Thanks

A member here had them made up last fall. They were all pre-sold so it isn't like there is a stockpile of them. Perhaps someone will take this on again in the coming year (I hope).

As I recall, it was CCorlew who put it all together - I think 2 or 3 orders all together.

DF - thanks for the link. If Curtis does not come up and comment on this thread later today, I'll PM him.

That has to be a big effort on his part and very time consuming. I would totally understand his not wanting to do it again if he does not.

Hello!
Is it time to do another order?
Let me hijack this thread for an informal poll. If it look like about 11 folks are interested, that's enough of a minimum order, and I'll start a NEW THREAD with order info.

It looks like you can get gender specific jerseys. Does it matter in the count whether it is men's only or mixed?

1 - men's for sure
1 - women's if possible

Now is that 1 each or 2? Inquiring minds need to know.

BTW - Curtis - please feel free to hijack this thread. Actually, you are not hijacking it, you are just following through on my initial question.

Thanks a lot.

Thread hijack alert! I still have my small club cut short sleeve for sale. Surely there is a lean 50+er out there who needs to complete his or her cycling wardrobe.

$40 including shipping in the continental US. Worn less than six times - maybe four (can't recall exactly).

I now return you to your normal thread.

I would love to have one.

My son wanted to buy me a soccer jersey with my name and age at the back... but I'm not into soccer at all. He is. I showed him pictures of the jersey and he loved it too.

I remember that I've seen about this jersey last year, but then I got busy with school and work and never ordered one. I just read once in a while the forum and this post has a perfect timing for me. I'll finish school on Tuesday and plan to start riding again probably tomorrow.

I'd buy one his time around. I wouldn't buy one before because I didn't want to advertise that i was over 50, but now at 58, it's time to give up that pretense.
