What's the secret to cleaning those whirlybirds as smoothly as you do?

I'm preparing for a video that's been about three years in the making. My son, who is a decent cyclist, wants to name it "The Good, The Dad, and The Ugly". In June Moots is sponsoring a series of short course mountain bike races in Louisville. I may give it a try, which in itself will be comical because I have about 1% fat twitch muscles. I will set the footage to "Alone Again (Naturally)" by Gilbert O'Sullivan. I think it would go viral.
