Hey!! Who Stole My Avatar???

I just noticed that my avatar is missing on my posts. Or at least it was on the Blues Dawg post I just commented on. What's up with that**********?

EDIT: And it's missing on this one too.

I noticed it was gone about 4 days ago. I was wondering what was up.

There's a thread in User Assistance about this. Briefly, the database was cached to do something else, and it ate the avatars.

Some of them were rescued, others disappeared into the ether. Some moderators lost their avatars as well .

If you have your avatar stashed somewhere, download it again.

This is a test to see if mine is gone.

edit: ACK! It IS!

Double edit: At my age, I don't know who I am. How am I going to find an avatar? Wait . . . what's an avatar?
