Speaking of Gels--GU Roctane?

Anyone try GU Rocktane? It costs almost twice as much as the regular GU, but one local triathlete I know swears by it. Maybe it's the placebo effect.

I use it. Works for me on long rides, long runs, and even going from a hard workout in the pool to strength training. The local running store gives me a discount if I buy by the box. Their marketing info sounds like a load of crap to me (, but I do like the product. Buy a couple of packets and try it on your next long ride. Doesn't cost much to find out if it works for you.
