Note if interesting in discount and contact inn, use bikeforum as group. Again don't know if it is too early for anyone planning on the 50+ride, but did check it out. Hope it helps. If plan to go and want to see if we can get a group rate, please either PM or post a reply.

thanks

Looks okay to me. How do we get the reduced rate? Do we tell them we're with the Bike Forum group and then it drops for everyone after they get 10 that call in?

Jppe, that's the way I understand it. If you want, I can be a central contact point and deal with the comms between the group and the inn.

Works for me. I'm actually booked at another hotel but the prospects of $69 would save me a bundle. Should I go ahead and call the hotel directly and also pm you my contact information as a headcount?

Works for me. My wife is working the contact with the inn. Appealing to us as we have two small dogs and would rather spend on food and bikes than lodging.

Hey, we're 50+. Hotel discounts are one thing that we live for.

Do they offer Early Bird dinner specials?

OK, I am game for the Caravan - also, we stayed at the Glenwood MOtor Inn last summer, nice and clean - but no breakfast.

What nights are folks reserving for?

I would assume 08/30 and 08/31. Anyone staying longer??

I am ready to make reservations also and like to reserve the nights when most 50+ stay.
Is it possible to get a list here of who is there and how and where to meet?
-------------
I have been preoccupied with another issue and have not read all the relevant post.

Right now we'll probably be there 29, 30 and 31-but we might stay in Grand Junction the 29th. Still putting the agenda together.
