Put in 33 miles but didn't go out till noon as it was 48 degrees at 8AM my normal time. Made that mistake yesterday when it was "only" 52 degrees. Not ready for this cold weather in the morning and can't wait to get down to Florida after Thanksgiving for the winter.

43 miles on a very windy day. One fast ride in less than 2:20.

40 miles on a chilly morn. Wore a heavier underlayer, a long sleeve Jersey and leg warmers--and yes, I wore cycling shorts. Started out around 04:45 with the temps around 53F and finished with the temps lower at 52.

38 miles, the first third with a group of six, then the remainder just with one other rider. Some hard sprints & climbs thrown into the mix, but a deceptive wind and a misadjusted rear brake caliper (!) made most of the ride feel kinda sluggish.

Put in a tough 32 mile ride this morning with a lot of wind. I felt a little sluggish but went out anyway. The wind was out of the south at 25mph with gusts to 33. I should have figured out a route to start out into the wind but most of those are a bit farther from my house and I was not into driving that far just to ride. The downwind leg was great but the sidewind and upwind legs were a real slog.

Had the best ride ever today. I had a route in mind, but stopped at a roadside info both (New Hampshire) and to my delight they had a bike ride map with many routes. I picked one that approximated what I had in mind originally, which was better than my plan. Every thing clicked. The weather, my mood, the terrin, the bike, the traffic, the scenery, etc. I got to work a bit on upping my cadence and my speed, too. Before I knew it, the 45 mile trip went by like a flash and it was over. I'm going back to that area tomorrow!

Two bike rides today. I went down to Valparaiso, IN and rode with a biking friend I've known for several years. Valpo is a very nice town and the cycling was great. See: https://connect.garmin.com/activity/222051232

I also rode 10 miles along the Chicago lakefront.

7 miles this evening on the Screamer with my stoker. She's been riding more by herself than in recent years, which makes the tandem go faster. Not FAST but faster.

Hey, another Colorado Springs-er. I did not ride today because of the steady rain since 5am. But have been 6 out of 7 days for the last 6 weeks. Where do you ride in the Springs?

32 miles this morning. I intended on doing 40 but around 24 miles I was feeling drained and chilled. I didn't understand why until I got home. I dressed for 57 at the start, 04:40, and expected the temps to rise to 60 by the end(according to weather online--so I was dressed for that--the temps actually dropped to 53 and so I got chilled and I guess it zapped my strength.

13 miles on Weds. for the re-scheduled "Bike to work day", that got cancelled due to the Waldo Canyon Fire. LOL, it was held in a very SOAKING drizzle type rain so we aren't riding today so our poor cycling shoes can DRY!

Excellent morning for a bike ride in Florida. Mid 70's temps, a humidity of 60% and 12-15 mph winds. Barely broke a sweat on my daily 30 mile ride. I hope it stays this way for a while.

Two rides in the Boulder area this week. One was a death march, the other an easy spin with my daughter. I could get used to cycling in this area

Woke up at 01:15 and couldn't go back to sleep. I finally gave up and got up around 02:30, got dressed and rode 40 miles.

NO! Very sad. Drove six hours to TX hill country for some hill climbing this weekend. RAIN and lots of it for at least two days. Maybe Sunday - if I don't forget how to ride.

Another beautiful day for riding. 30.4 miles with some pretty fair headwinds (12-15 mph) toward the end of the ride.
