Been too busy working and riding (to/from work, and with friends on the weekend) to post here.

Congrats to jeichelberg87 on that first century, quite a good accomplishment, Chapeau, sir.

Rode the quick 16.6 miles early this afternoon due to having a doctor's appointment. Not nearly as hot today, it was 88°F and lower humidity.

Twenty miler after work. Drove 4 hours to appointments and back for work so I consider it a victory for biking afterwards. My back always hurts after driving that much. Great bike ride with clouds and wind.

5 quick miles on the long wheelbase 'bent this evening. (in my case, quick is not exactly equal to fast.) Hit 90F here for the first time this year today = my ride was hot/humid.
Poured down rain after the ride. Wet summer in Central IN.

No ride yesterday - cleaned the bike and ran some errands. Nice 35 mile ride this morning with decent temps and humidity for a change. Also had something that's been missing from my rides for the past few months - wind.

Biked to work this morning in semi-darkness - my Cateye Single Shot provided enough light to see by. Also used a basic Cateye white flasher on the front to ensure being seen. I'm usually going in a little later and using the Single Shot on flash mode. Very comfortable in the AM - but humid, of course - and hotter in the PM. Got home 30 min before yet another thunderstorm. 20 miles total.

Actually pretty comfortable today, back to one of the 25 mile routes. Felt nice to work harder and not feel totally knackered.

38 miles with our group of 7. Averaged 19.5 mph with 1450' of hills. It was a lot easier keeping the speed up with 7 of us........even though I was still suffering from too much fun in Aruba.

Outstanding, Fred, this makes my day. I am so glad to read you finally got to ride after that scarry accident earlier this year. You rock, big guy!!!

25.5 miles this afternoon, still hot out, humidity stayed low, thankfully.

Didn't post yesterday but I got in 44 miles for yesterday and 35 miles for today. Weather is still hot and humid but we've had a fairly nice wind for the past few days that has been making the rides much more tolerable and enjoyable.

Rode to where I work for another weigh-in (6 lbs. lost this time, 23 1/2 lbs. lost so far, I'm about 3 lbs. from losing my 'clydesdale' status) and back. About 14 miles round trip. Straight up and back, not my usual meandering around Bullhead (a.k.a. "Les Tours de Bullhead").
