Should that show be renamed "OCP-cast" or "Technogeek-cast"?

BTW, by the time I got around to listening to the Fred-cast episode with your double century feature, I couldn't find your post about it. Nice job. Very professional sounding and a great job of sucking up to the host.

There are two kinds of Fred. One wears arm warmers with a sleeveless jersey and pedals with his knees sticking out. The other shows up for a casual group ride with carbon wheels and clip-ons.
