iPhone to Bike

Not to long ago I remember seeing a thread where someone was looking for a way to attach their iPhone to their bike. I just ran across this by accident and thought I would pass it along.

I don't have an iPhone or use this mount so I really don't know anything about it. I'm just passing it along for the person who was looking for one.

Hang up and ride... ... ...I could not resist. I have an I-pod so I can say that.
enjoy the ride.

I don't think this works if your iphone has a case on it.

might have been me looking for mount for iPhone. though I have picked up a RAM mount Aqua Box. I posted review of it earlier. more protective and out of the weather inside the box.

the one issue I had with iPhone specific mount has been you can't use them with an iPhone that has a protective case on it. I did like the RAM mount iPhone specific mount. Worked fine. However I dropped my iPhone at work (not related to bike riding) and damaged it. Replaced it and added the protective case. Then my iPhone specific mount did not fit anymore. :(

the mount listed on iMapMyRide looks similar to the RAM mount iPhone hardware. My experience with the old mount was excellent. held phone well. never fell out. I would suggest adding rubber under the handlebar attachment points to keep it from shifting position on the handlebar in addition to the one the mount comes with.
