Fluid on knee. Recovery time?/
 

Overdid it in effort to recover fitness after a knee scope and a concurrent broken foot.

Now there is a pocket of fluid bigger than my thumb on the front of my knee.

Have iced it some, taking ibuprofen.

Rode 16 miles yesterday and that aggravated it.

What now?

Hate to say it but don't know of any other cure.

But back in my youth- I can still remember playing 4 games of Rugby a week with it for about a month. It was either play Rugby or Do extra maths lessons so no choice.

Hmm... Talked to a doctor?
