Schwinn Traveler 3

I was just given an old schwinn traveller 3 and wanted to ask if anyone rides anything like that ? I know its heavy and not high tech but should get the job done, right ?

Two views on Schwinn bikes so how old and post a pic.

Then we can tell whether it is a Metric or Full 100mile ride bike.
