I bet that was a relief. I have to go in every year and I always have a bit of anxiety. It's great to hear you beat it.

Some great news for you- and the rest of us.

So what ride are you planning to celebrate?

I did a short ride around town followed last night, but sitting here at the desk knocking back a few Fat Tires feels more like a celebration.

Thanks for all the nice comments. You folks have been there with me all the way and I do appreciate it.

Great news. That means you can get off your backside and ride longer and farther for a long time to come.

Having had 2 PET-CTs per year for a while now, I've told the doc that I want to cut back unless he really thinks it's necessary. There comes a point where the amount of radiation you get from the CT, and the long-term cancer risk, isn't worth the short-term benefit. I really hope you've reached that point (and I hope I have, too).

It's been a helluva ride, hasn't it?

Great news. Life's too short to worry about stuff like this. Take what you have and live it like it matters.

Advice from a fellow Big C survivor......
