Uncontrolled type 2 diabetes stripped my weight down from 185 to 160 in about 3 months... which now at 5' 10" is ok, but I lost a LOT of muscle mass in the last month of that process, and propelled me into seeking medical attention. In the last 4 months, with my blood sugar under control, it's dropped as low as 157(which made me nervous because it was unintended) and only up to 161.
I would like to (best case) trade 12 lbs. of fat for 6 lbs. of muscle by the end of spring. Half of that would still be a win, in my book. No idea what that would translate to, on the bike.
At my peak fitness, (as a Jr.) I was 5'10 3/4" 153lbs. My resting HR was 49 and I probably had a BMI around 10-12. We weren't yet obsessed with losing every lb. we could off our bodies, just our bikes... Funny

59.5 years (can start withdrawing from my IRA if needed), 166lbs at 5'6". Lost about 5lbs since staring to ride again around February this year. Blood pressure also dropped a few points due to riding...

Mine, thank goodness, since the scale is in the hallway!
At home, naked, I weigh 204, varying between 202 - 207. It's the 13% body fat that finally convinced my doctor to stop harping on my BMI.
6'1", 204lbs, 54 years old.

well done sir. met a friend I haven't seen in many months. thought he looked ill, like a cancer patient. turned out he had just changed his diet radically. was nice to see he lost his pot belly tho. funny how we stereotype physiques, meaning, I should consider him healthy looking not ill

When I turned 50 in August 2014, I weighed in at a hefty 245 pounds (I'm 5ft 10).
When I weighed myself the other morning, I was at 197.
Goal is to eventually get to between 180 and 185.

Damn I am a super clyde, 285. My cardioligist told me to get where I was 10 years ago-250. At 54 the weight comes off slow. I have been riding since 89 and the lightest I have been in that time was 225.

54, 5'9" 177 lbs, i'm down from 200 6 months ago. my goal is 175. once i achieve that i'm hoping to continue the weight loss but it's getting harder now. my diet and exercise change has been for the better, i'm biking 5 days a week now and can really feel the difference after 2 months.

64, 6'2", 184 lbs. as of yesterday. I seem to fluctuate between this and 190 lbs. My goal is to stay between 175-180.
