nearing 80
Used to be 6', closer now to 5'10.5" at 185 lbs, lost about 40 lbs last couple of years. Do a lot of resistance training - chinups, pushups, pullups, planks, dips, etc. so good muscle tone and volume.

6'1" 213.5 lbs. Down from 250 lbs 7 months ago. Gonna try to lose another 13.5 lbs then maintain. I look skinny now so below 200 I'll probably look sickly....

5' 11" 212. Was up to 238 due to health issues combined with lack of self control
Still looking to get down to 200 this year.

Funny this showed up on tonight on email alert as I posted 6 years ago!
2010, 250# and got down to 218# for racing before I woke up. 2.5 years of Crossfit later I'm back up to 235# with a 300# back squat and a 400# deadlift and I can now flex the Ti frame on my custom road bike. I'm so much more fit and healthy than when all I did was ride.....

5’9 163 lbs. 69 years old.
My first biological grandchild was born on Valentine’s Day. I decided that I wanted to see her grow up so I dropped 30 pounds over the course of 5 months. Changed my diet. No seconds, lots of vegetables and some meat.
I can now ride up hills that I had to walk.

At 53 years old, with a height of 5'-5" I currently weigh in at about 170.
Have been losing weight slowly for two years, but I'm of Greek descent and have the wide shoulders and hips of a wrestler. If I were down to recommended weight I'd have to lose an arm or something.

A data skew
5'6" and 180lbs. I am a bit husky from all the weight training. Started riding spin bike and am sad how out of cardio shape I am.
Can squat and deadlift just fine. Hope to be down 10 lbs before long. Best weight for me is about 165 lbs.

I was the same about 2yrs ago. After an increase in work hours and losing about 30lbs (159) I was surprised to see how much muscle stayed with me. Hillclimbs nicely improved.

I'm 59, 5'11" and currently weigh 206, down from 236 in June when I decided to get my life back in control and resume cycling. I want to lose another 15 by end of 2016.
