The SRAM shifters on my Bacchetta work fine, but when it came time to change the shifting cable, I downloaded the instructions off the web, and they were so utterly and completely wrong that I ended up having to disassemble the shifter to find out where to feed the cable in, and even then it took me over an hour and two different tries (because I was trying to follow the directions).
