spinning with Spinervals

I bought the fitness series and really like it. I live in Cleveland, Ohio and I can't ride until 6:15pm. So I am spinning during the week. I am feeling stronger now that I am spinning. I am now riding on the weekends. My speed is faster. Has anyone out there used spinervals?

I watch DVR'd bike races and ride on the rollers or trainer. I hope to one day borrow a buddy's Spinervals tapes. I do a prescribed workout that includes high cadence spinups, isolated leg drills and various intervals. Since you are in Cleveland you may be interested in the indoor cycling program I have done the past three winters. https://www.4thehealthofit.net/indoor_workouts.html It's a lot more fun suffering with 20 -30 other hurting souls.

My wife grew up in Cleveland and I in North Olmsted. Does that count? I like to listen to music and suffer on my trainer. Sometimes we go to an indoor peloton hosted by my coach in the winter which is a bring your own trainer and he punishes us. Like the road, the trainer is about duration in the target zone. We do a lot of high cadence z3 10 minute + intervals. I am looking at lighting systems for extending the time on the road but the trainer like captain Ahab beckons.

I have several Spinerval tapes (shows how long ago I bought them). But to be honest, I used them for a couple of years, but the last few, I just can't stand to sit on that trainer. I would rather ride in the cold or swim.

If I lived in Colorado I would be riding in the cold too. Have you ever done the Durango ride to Silverton?

I have one that came with my trainer. It is still sealed up in its plastic wrapper.

I tried the Iron girl one. Now that is a killer workout. I do like the fitness series like the red zone and lean and mean.
