I ride every day, unless I am flat on my back with the flu which happened during mid-February. Many rides are just five to twenty miles around town (commuting, groceries, library, socializing). I also try to ride at least four or five "training" rides each week. These vary from thirty to two hundred miles each and probably average forty-five miles.

65-100 on Saturday, 30 on Sunday and a couple hours on Wednesday after work. If I didn't have to work it would be a lot more but never 7 days a week.

I try to ride 20 miles or more "every day", which probably averages 5 or 6 days a week, and ride more on weekends. Been hitting 700-800 miles a month or more.

Varies a lot, depending on work, family stuff and whatever else I'm doing (right now I'm taking care of a lot of neglected stuff around the house, so I'm not hitting the bike very hard). On a good summer week, I might go as far as 200 miles (75-100 commuting three or four days plus longer rides on weekends). I did two miles today, just to the store, and I'll be lucky to go another 10 by Friday.
On a typical week when the weather's OK, though, probably 50-60 miles. I don't really "train" anymore; I just ride for fun.

2-3 times a week (I still work fulltime, but three 12's a week). I can't commute to work or I'd be riding home in the dark. On weekends I am off, we like to do up to about 40 miles one of the days. On weekdays I don't work, I ride to the store, the gym, downtown for lunch- just a few miles to get out and about. Sometimes I just get on and ride around a few blocks! I wish I had more time, but I still have other responsibilities although the kids are grown and out. It is a great hobby for husband and myself.

Once or twice a week until DST starts. I try to make the weekend ride 50 miles or more. After DST starts, I'll do my best to ride 2 or 3 20-30 mile rides during the week and both days on the weekend. Would love to do more, but the family needs time and we like having a house and food, so I keep going to my demanding job.

It depends on the season. Year 'round I ride daily for commuting and errands. Through the winter I keep to minimum distances, around 50 to 60 miles a week. If it's clear and dry I'll take one of the roadies out on the weekend for 20 or 30 miles.

Once the snow melts, I add miles to my commute. My long loop more than triples the distance to work in each direction. My solo weekend rides grow in number and length, to 40-70 miles. The club wakes up after winter too. I ride with them many weekends--distance varies--and occasional weekday mornings. (I don't start work until after lunchtime.) By summertime, I've usually added 500 miles a month to my baseline miles.

I commute to work when I can (that is, I don't need the car to go to out of office meetings). I do my recreational fides after work and on weekends. My average yearly mileage has been between 4000 and 5000 over that last few years.

I commute a twenty mile round trip to work, for 100 miles per week, year-round, except for vacations and holidays. Sometimes I run errands on weekends.

I try to ride 3-4 days a week. Gotta spend time doing things with the wife.
My rides are usually 27-40 miles, depending on where I ride. Want to ride out to Stone Mountain with me?

Let me catch up first and then I'll give it a try.
Headed to the Silver Comet tomorrow after work. We'll see how that goes.

5 days a week, totaling 10 hours or so. 4-5 hours of that is a long Sat ride.

Weekends only about 15 to 20 miles each ride. When daylight savings kicks in I will move up to 4 days a week with some longer rides on the weekend.

I'm 65 y.o. and I usually ride 4-5 days a week depending on my schedule. Most rides are in the 25-35 mi. range and it's bit hilly here in eastern CT. One ride per week is dedicated to a 15 mi. TT that I ride as hard as I can just to expand my limits. This year my goal is to do the TT at 18 mph or better.

I'm 72 and try to ride every day when the Chicago weather warms up to 60 or so. We have a paved loop trail nearby that is 13 miles long and it makes a nice hour ride. In Florida in January we ride every day from 25 to 30 miles per outing; usually to a restaurant halfway than back.
BTW we ride Schwinn World GSE electric bikes and pedal all the time.

Typically 4 or 5 days per week. Shorter rides (<30 miles) on a couple weekday mornings, longer rides (>50 miles) on the weekends...winds up averaging ~150 miles per week over the course of an entire year.
