Cool exercise

I've found a lot of good exercises at Nick Tuminello's PeformanceU at Youtube.
As you get older, you tend to lose agility, and grace. I try to some dynamic exercises
to fight that.

I just saw this, and it's a terrific exercise for old farts.
You can get the stretchy cables at Perform Better.

Can't wait to try it. I recently found that I didn't do well at putting on a sock while standing on one foot. After doing it a while every day, it got pretty easy. For extra credit, put your shoes on this way.
