Hmmm. Victoria, Canada. Too bad. If you lived closer I'd invite you over for popcorn.

The movie I remember most is "Biker Chicks in Zombie Land" The character development, cinematography, script, casting and directing were each worthy of an Oscar. Unfortunate they were Harley Chicks. They did have steel frames, mind you.

The fact that it was shot entirely in 4 days with one camera on a desert town in the US set, all for under $10,000 only added to the movies mystique and charm. The intense drama was captivating.

I admit, with some reluctance, that I watched the first 20 minutes of "Zombie Strippers". It was on FearNet, what I watch when I'm very seriously bored.

It has occurred to me that I've yet to see Alzheimer's disease mentioned here and that worries me more than zombies. Cause all those newbies may not really be newbies - they may just have forgotten about the other profiles they've already created.

And what really worries me is that some of them might be ME!

Anything to do with carbon bikes. No interest whatsoever.

My most observed threads list:
1. N+1 and associated topics
2. Pictures of a specific color bicycle
3. Saddle help
4. Pedal choice
5. Colonoscopy, heart health, et al
6. Weather conditions in your area

etc.

I'll stop there so we can get back to :Where is DG?" :twitchy: I know he has gone crazy but it is such a short trip I figured he would be back sooner with a new bicycle (now he wants to change his mind about this one too:rolleyes:)

If I don't think a thread applies to me or will go downhill quickly I skip over it. The men and women here are too nice and like brothers and sisters to me. Yes we argue and disagree but no other sub-forum or even forum site I have participated in has the cohesion and civility that 50+ has. I for one am proud to wear the Curtis Corlew designed 50+ jersey.:D(cue corny, schmaltzy music and fade to credits.)

Hmmm, can I mention the word "denial" here? Own up RT - you know you want one.

It's ok, you're amongst friends . . . ;)

I'm a huge fan of lugged steel bikes. Always have been. Oddly enough, I don't own any lugged steel bikes at the moment. I own three non-lugged steel bikes and three aluminum bikes. I've become very frugal over the years and can't bring myself to buy a nice lugged steel bike. Chromed Nervex lugs are very sexy and keep calling out to me, though.
