Please Help "Iron Man" Tyler beat cancer ONCE AND FOR ALL!

The "Iron Man" Tyler is now in remission for over 3 years. He is doing great, despite loosing 25% of his hearing from the chemo. He only has one kidney left, but he is otherwise a normal 9 y/o kid. But he has a mission. He wants to help beat cancer ONCE AND FOR ALL so other kids won't have to go though what he went through.

One way he is doing this is by riding in the Ft. Lauderdale LIVESTRONG ride on Oct 14th. He is going to ride with me on our tandem. 31 miles.

We are both cancer survivors. I have been in remission for over 10 years now. We are "giving back" to the community by riding in this LiveStrong event on Oct 14th.

Please help us raise $1,500. Go to https://bit.ly/UeLjDp to donate!

WoW! Thank you to my BF family for your generous support of the Iron Man's upcoming ride. He is quite amazed that people he doesn't know are willing to support him in his ride. Thank you all.

Yesterday I picked up our registration packets for the ride on Sunday (Oct 14th) I'm 402 and Tyler pulled 174. Both registered at the same time, not sure why our #'s are so far apart. Not that it's important.

We're almost 1/2 to our goal of $1.500. Being both cancer survivors, this ride is very important to us, and we really appreciate the support we have had from our "BF family." You have been there for us during Tyler's difficult days, and you are still there for us now. We are very humbled.

I have to remember to charge my phone and take some pics. I figure it will take us about 3 hrs for the 31 miles. I think Tyler will want to stop at every rest stop when he sees all the goodies at the first one at the 5 mi point!

One last request: Please pray for good weather. Light breezes, light overcast or partly cloudy, and mid 70's temps. I know it's a lot to ask for, but what the heck!

Thanks again!

Doubled down on the donation as well Dan. Maybe we should have made this a challenge of nations! I hope you reach your goal Bob. I can appreciate how tough it is trying to fundraise in these times.
