I'm sure this doesn't count, but it's classic. When I first got my speedplays and discarded the toe clips, I was stopped at a traffic light. I had my right foot clipped in, and my left foot on the ground. I looked back at my rear wheel through my legs, and lost my balance -- to my right. I stopped myself from falling through a series of hops on my left foot, but with each hop my bike was tilted further and further to the right. I couldn't unclip because to keep my balance I was pushing down with my right foot. It was perfectly stable, it's just that I wasn't going to be able to ride away when the light changed. Finally, I said screw it, and fell over to my right and unclipped. As I'm getting up, the person in the truck behind me is laughing uproariously. I was really annoyed, but then I realized it was a guy from work. So I gave him a bow and a wave and got on my bike. He has an iphone, I guess he was too slow to capture the act on film.

Unterhausen,
Now I have to clean my laptop screen for spraying coffee all on it laughing at the mental picture of your Tombay rhumba at the light.
