Take it "Fall" is over then? Or it will be after that frost and white stuff goes in a few days.

Yes, wet and heavy - BUT, only a couple of inches - mostly a bit o ice on the north-facing driveway, which I easily pushed off. Two more inches tonight, low of 20F - supposed to be 70F next week.

I spent yesterday buying supplies for a power outage. Test ran the generator to make sure it was good to go and filled up the motorcycle gas can (10 gal or so) to be ready. Also went and cleaned out the gutters on the house and garage. Now I need to go buy a bottle of Bushmill's.

First "Cold" day of the year for me "Way Down South" in the UK. Temp of about 40 f with a strong Northerly just bringing the chill factor to somewhere near freezing. I honestly did not feel cold. Had a few laborious jobs to do in the garden and the wife was out for the morning. Garden doesn't look any tidier but Everything is ready for the Frost that is expected tonight.

Supposed to be riding tomorrow but First thing it will be icy roads after the rain that has just fallen and then the wind will get up to around 25mph.

Looks like another day of gardening.
