My father turned 85 this week. I called to wish him a happy birthday, and asked how he was. His response: "Well being 85 is a lot like falling off a 100 story building. I just passed the 85th set of windows and so far, so good." He didn't want to talk long. He wanted to ride his bike up to the corner store and get some cold milk to have with his birthday cake. Ya gotta love an attitude like that.

Your father is wise.

Would he like to join a bike forum? The only other 80+ I know of is zonatandem.

Tell him we have bicycles with wings.

:lol: He doesn't own a computer and has never been on the Internet. It was only a few years ago we were able to get a wireless phone in the house.

Then it is really possible to survive 85 years in this world without a computer/internet!
