Bikes: Only my riders left...

We were driving through New Hampshire, there was a cold flash, we could hear and see the ice forming on the trees and power lines! Time to get off the mountain!

Saw lights in the sky this morning ... bizarre stuff I’ve never seen before. Turns out it was Musk’s Starlight satellite constellation.

I used Apple Maps for my commute home as they finally got bike routes going. went through a rich old neighborhood. we had ice rain Friday and Saturday. and a lot of broken trees and lots of power outages. but man this was a big Tree. not too many roots though.

Wow! It takes a lot to knock over a tree that old. Very fortunate it didn't fall on anyone's house.

the root ball is way too small for that size. we had wind when the ice started but after that it was just ice rain for two days I have seen a lot of collapsed metal roofed awnings and such. here are a couple of pics this building is right next to my shop and here isa tree that really shows the ice coating
