did an out and back on Panoche road that goes out to the eastern part of the county. Mostly climbing going out and fighting the wind coming back but the air was clean and cool and the sun was out. All in all, a nice ride.

June 6 1944 - D Day
BSA folding paratrooper bike - manufactured between 1942 and 1945
used by the British and Canadian troops during WW II including D Day
this bike was prob a surplus model - and later used for recreation riding or commuting

Here is a flash from the past ... our 2018 RAAM team at the start in Oceanside California. Oh, what an awesome adventure that was.
