I'm a school teacher with the summer off and lately most of my miles have been on this CL $100 bargain Circuit. During the school year, I commute on a rescued PX-10. And my gofastwiththeotherknuckleheads bike is made for me Richard Sachs.

Nice Sachs.* A friend of mine makes his own framesets (Rocket Cycles) but also makes all of the Sachs headbadges that are brazed onto that head tube for Richard.** Nice color too. Always have to go wit the Classic Red Sachs. Bet it rides like glass. Good for you!

First bike is a Rivendell Sam Hillborne and the second one is my Brompton (orange one). I am having Winter Bicycles build my custom and it should be ready by the end of the year.

I assume they rode ladder to ladder. The photographer does a great job showing motion. I have watched a video of a cyclist, and team attempting to break a mile per hour record riding Penny Farthing cycles. Can't imagine racing and facing backwards and getting tangled with another team on their Giant Luk.

Here's the latest ride to make it's way into my stable. A 1991 Giordana Polaris. Been sick since I got it so I haven't taken it out yet. That said, it's my 3rd Giordana so I expect it will be really, really good on the road.

My Latest Build: Raleigh Super-Course 3-speed Conversion
This one I bought as a whole bike that had been stored for decades. I removed everything, including the paint, and built it up like this:
That is a carefully rubbed-and-polished rattle-can Rust-Oleum paint job, with Woody's Compound Curve Bamboo Fenders, Brooks Flyer saddle, Carradice Barley saddlebag, and Sturmey-Archer AW hub.
It rides beautifully; nice and smooth and stable.
I'll be bringing it out for the "ABCE - All British Cycling Event" in September, and will probably ride it on the Lake Pepin 3-speed Tour next Spring.
For now it's a very pleasant neighborhood cruiser and a perfect ride for Sunday brunch.

I don't ride this everyday (I have uprights, too) but riding this is a true grin maker.
