A cold can of coke, or any soda. I almost never drink soda but if I just cannot get my act together all day after a really hard morning ride, one can makes me feel like myself again.

And if you don't handle milk very well .. try Muscle Milk (contains no milk). Plenty of carbs, proteins, and electrolytes. Works so well for me that I throw one into my car every time I go riding, and sip it on the way home.

(Regular milk turns my stomach into a washing machine )

Peanut butter and banana sandwich. It's got protein, carbs, and electrolytes. Plus cold milk, chocolate if I got it.
